55th Note - Yes or No? You pick.

Books are really important to me. What about you?

So, I logged in to my Formspring account that I made last year, today. Whoa, I can't believe that there are actually two new questions in my ask box. Haha. I know it's so lame but people nowadays don't use Formspring anymore right? Formspring is soooo last year, so I don't expect any questions AT ALL. (Lek ah Fatin, baru dapat dua soalan nak kecoh tak ingat dunia -__-'') I think I should remove this Formspring question box at my left side bar. Kan kan kan?

So back to the story again, there are two questions from anonymous. The sender may not have a Formspring account or maybe he/she dropped the question at my blog. I have no idea but one thing for sure, I know that my favourite aunt dropped me a question at my ask box. The question reads, "Dah habis mogok dah?". It is so her. I'm positive about it, yes I am :)

Again, back to the story, there's an anonymous asked me about Ain Maisarah's novel. I have to admit that this question made me think. I do think about it before typing the answers but it is still in my head until now. I'm still thinking about it when I'm writing this. Yes, this. Haha. Okay okay, lets just go straight to the point. Let me type the question okay?

Okay, maybe some of you who are reading this might not have anything in mind, but I do. I don't know why, maybe because I'm an author so I can't get rid of this question out of my mind. Hmm, maybe. Ambik kau, ayat baku terus. Hahaha. From comics to thriller to Teenagers All's Fair in Love, War and High School to love novels, I read them all.

Our authors are really good, the storyline is not bad but some of the plots are just too typical. Kalau perempuan tu miskin, calon husband dia mesti kaya gila-gila. Kalau hero dia main kayu tiga kat belakang girlfriend dia, confirm ada lagi sorang Prince Charming yang perfect dari hujung rambut sampai hujung kaki datang. Pastu diorang fall in love. Pastu diorang hidup happy ever after. See, I can even guess the storyline right from the very beginning. Wah, dah boleh buat video macam MatLutfi dah ni. Hahahaha :D

I'm not saying that all our authors are like that, no. Like I said just now, they are really good. We have amazing authors right here in Malaysia such as Ramlee Awang Murshid, Aina Emir, Damya Hanna, Aleya Anessa, Mimi Afinie etc. Oh yeah, I guess I missed out a name. Yes, of course, Ain Maisarah. (Novel thriller Ramlee Awang Murshid is seriously the best! Setanding Twilight. Serious, tak tipu. I love the Bagaikan Puteri series so much.)

Now let me tell you why I'm a big fan of her books. Ain Maisarah punya storyline, tip top. Kau takkan pernah jumpa storyline macam Ain Maisarah punya dekat mana-mana kedai. She has never disappoint me, setiap kali aku baca novel baru dia. Takkan pernah. That's why I will always make sure yang aku akan beli terus buku-buku baru Ain Maisarah yang baru keluar. I can't wait to flip the pages because the storyline is getting more interesting for every chapters. Just like Ramlee Awang Murshid's novels, you can never guess the ending of Ain Maisarah's novels as well. That's a plus point, for a reader like me.

Her books are good and the characters are all around my age. Why should it be childish? Plus, the situations that Ain Maisarah is trying to show in her books are basically what I do as a teenager in my daily life. Dramas in high school, having true friends that are always by your side every time, having fun with my best friends, doing crazy and stupid things which lead to the most memorable memory ever, having a crush at this age, good grades vs bad grades, that's so us. Jangan nak deny benda yang betul. I'm a teenager and I know exactly what I'm talking about right here. And if you are a teenager too, you should agree with that. Kalau tak, kau tak awesome. Trolololololololol.

I have to admit yang among my best friends, only one or two of us sahaja yang baca novel Bahasa Malaysia. Okay maybe three. I'm proud to tell everyone yang saya bukan hanya baca buku from international authors sahaja, saya turut menyokong industri penulisan Malaysia. I tried to show something different in my manuscripts but sometimes I end up writing something clichè as well. Yes, I have to admit that. So daripada situ, aku akan cuba untuk elaborate lagi to make the storyline interesting dan tak sama sangat macam orang lain.

(Malaysia baru menang 2-0 against Pakistan malam tadi.)
:P

PS; Bahasa rojak, again. Sorry people!
